By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails the impugned order dated 21.04.2026, whereby the Sessions Court dismissed his revision petition against the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the Magistrate's Court, directing the concerned Station House Officer to register an FIR. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings. Mr. Sabharwal also seeks to reserve the right of the petitioner to seek transfer of the proceedings arising out of the subject FIR, if so advised.
