This hearing has been done by video conferencing. 2.

Application has been moved in these matters that both the Petitioner and his wife have tested COVID-positive and that the Petitioner is unable to arrange funds for his wife's surgery. Though the Petitioner had obtained interim bail on the ground of his wife's surgery, however, for whatsoever reasons, he is now not wanting to get the surgery done. 3.

Be that as it may, now that the Petitioner has tested COVID-positive and is stated to have been quarantined till 2nd September, 2020, the interim bail granted to the Petitioner, is extended till 15th September, 2020. On or By:PRATHIBA M SINGH

before the said date, the Petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent, Jail No.10, Rohini Jail, New Delhi. No further extension of bail is liable to be granted to the Petitioner. 4.

Both the petitions are disposed of accordingly. 5.
