% 10.07.2020 CRL.M.A. 9007/2020 in BAIL APPLN. 1420/2020 This hearing has been held through video-conferencing. This application has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move the Trial Court for bail. Mr. Suraj Prakash, ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that the other coaccused have been granted bail by the Trial Court. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present bail application and is given liberty to approach the Trial Court for interim bail.
