Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

On being pointed out that the prayers made in this Petition essentially arise out of the proceedings in W.P.(C) 202/1995, T.N. Godavarman Thirumulpad v. Union of India & Ors., which is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition and take appropriate remedy, which may be available to the Petitioner under law for redressal of the grievances raised herein.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
