CRL.M.A. No. 11539/2020 The applicant's grievance is that despite order dated 11.08.2020, whereby he was granted interim bail, the applicant has still not been released from prison.

Mr. Vishal Raj Sehijpal, learned counsel for the applicant confirms that the applicant has complied with all the conditions imposed for grant of interim bail.

Ms. Neelam Sharma, learned APP for the State has taken instructions both from the Investigating Officer as also from the Jail BAIL APPL. 1419/2020 Page of

Superintendent; and submits that the delay in the applicant's release was due to some miscommunication; and that the applicant will be released during the course of the day.

Taking Ms. Sharma's statement on record, the application is disposed of.
