This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 11.01.2023, passed by the passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 1150/2019 titled Ms. Jyotsna Gosa v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi through The Chief Secretary & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal held as under: "5. In view of the above legal position and in view of the fact that the applicant was already permitted to take the examination provisionally by virtue of the interim orders dated 26.12.2014 and the result is yet to be declared by the respondents, we are of the considered view that the ends of justice would be met, if the respondents are directed to declare the result of the applicant and to consider his case as per his merit, after verifying his qualifications and otherwise satisfying themselves about his suitability, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order."
