The present petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 51/2019 for offences under Sections 302/506/34/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Palam Village, Delhi.
