The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 649/2021 for offences under Section 392/394/397/411/34 IPC registered at PS Shastri Park. Broadly speaking, the allegation is that the four accused persons including the accused/applicant and one juvenile committed robbery in the course whereof the victim was stabbed thrice on chest and testimony of victim has already been recorded supporting the prosecution. 2.

After part arguments, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
