A Bail Application under Section 439 Cr.P.C/483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner Mohd. Zakir for grant of Bail in case FIR No.473/2023 under Section 302 IPC registered at Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi. 2.

The case of the Prosecution is that on 09.09.2023 at about 08:00 P.M a dead body of a missing lady was recovered from Greater Noida, U.P. As per the case of the Prosecution, the statement of Complainant Harshika Khatri was recorded on 11.09.2023 in which she raised a doubt about the murder of her mother.
