The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 3267/2015, under Section 376(2) of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act registered at P.S. Mehrauli, Delhi. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the prosecution evidence is near completion and only the Investigating Officer of the case needs to be examined. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with directions that the trial be completed in a time-bound manner. 5.
Leave granted.

The concerned learned Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in the aforesaid FIR within a period of 3 months.
