Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

By instituting the proceedings of this Public Interest Litigation Petition, the following prayers have been made: "A) Issue appropriate writs, orders or directions directing the Respondents to establish and operationalise within a time bound schedule a unified digital platform for issuance, service, tracking and enforcement of demolition orders, sealing orders, restraint orders and other coercive regulatory directions; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. B) Mandate real-time uploading of notices, service reports, replies, action taken and final order on the unified digital platform to ensure transparency and compliance in the interest of probity and public at large C) Pending final disposal of the petition, direct that all new demolition, sealing, stop-work, restraint or similar coercive notices/orders issued by Respondent authorities in Delhi be uploaded on their respective websites/portals on the same day of issuance, along with basic particulars (property address, nature of action, statutory provision invoked, next date)." 3.

Having regard to the nature of prayers made and the grievances raised in the present Petition, we find it more appropriate to require the authorities concerned to attend to the said grievances and take appropriate decision, which may be warranted under law.

Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Respondents to consider the averments made and the grievances raised in the Petition and take appropriate decision accordingly. For the said purpose, the Petition itself shall be treated to be a representation made by the Petitioner.

Appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken by the authorities concerned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date the representation is received. The decision, which may be taken by the authorities shall also be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.

The present Petition stands disposed of.
