Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he seeks to withdraw the present petition and further submitted that the petitioner, in order to show his bonafide, shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent, Tihar, Delhi and may be given permission to file an application for parole. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that this Court has not

expressed any opinion on the merits of this petition or the application, if any filed.
