The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking removal of the condition to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- for grant of bail passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court, Dwarka Court, New Delhi vide its Order dated 11.03.2025 in FIR No.917/2021, for the offences under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar.

After making some submissions in the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
