After making submissions for some time, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition. He seeks liberty to take appropriate recourse, subject to outcome of the investigation, whenever the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C is filed. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending application, with liberty as aforesaid.

In case the final report is filed against the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate procedure as provided under the BNSS/ CrPC, in accordance with law.
