4.
The record shows that vide order dated 12.05.2020, passed in Bail Appl. No. 882/2020, the petitioner was enlarged on interim bail for a period spanning 45 days on account of his medical condition.
5.
The petitioner, in the captioned petition, says that since the medical condition of the petitioner continues to remain the same, his interim bail should be extended given the fact that there is a likelihood of him being affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
5.1 The petitioner appears to be suffering from a disease which has affected his kidneys. Coronavirus pandemic has spiked in the city. Given the petitioner's health status, at present, his plea for extension of bail seems reasonable.
6.
Accordingly, the petitioner's interim bail, granted vide order dated 12.05.2020, to which I have made a reference above, is extended for another 30 days with effect from 29.06.2020, on the same terms and conditions as contained in the aforementioned order of this Court i.e. order dated 12.05.2020. 6.1 Furthermore, the petitioner will refrain from establishing contact with any witness and/or the family member(s) of the victim. 6.2 The petitioner will, however, contact the Investigating Officer i.e. Inspector Anupam Bhushan, P.S. Bawana [Mobile Number: +91-9868093517] on every first day of the week i.e. Monday while he is out on bail. 7.
The Registry will communicate the order passed today, electronically, to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
8.
The captioned petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J JUNE 26, 2020/Aj/KK Click here to check corrigendum, if any BAIL APPLN. 1428/2020 KUMAR RAI 01:46
