Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23rd April, 2025, an affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the defendant. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiff is satisfied with the contents of the aforesaid affidavit.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant, in terms of prayer clauses 36 i, ii and iii of the plaint.

Insofar as prayer clause 36 v is concerned, the defendant shall take necessary steps to transfer the impugned domain name 'zeekalingatv.com' in favour of the plaintiff, within one (1) week from today. 5.

Counsel for the defendant submits that the defendant has already taken steps for the withdrawal of the trademark application no.6889617, filed by them in respect of the impugned mark ' '.

The suit is decreed in the aforesaid terms.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
