Mr. Akshay Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that emergency parole has been denied to the petitioner pursuant to recommendations made in terms of Order dated 27.03.2020 issued by Government of NCT of Delhi ; however the application for regular parole moved through the pairokar has not yet been decided. 3.
Mr. Chaitanya Gosain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State submits that a decision on the regular parole application has been taken this morning; and vidé order dated 26.08.2020 the same has been rejected. A copy of order dated 26.08.2020 rejecting parole may be placed on record.

Since the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn vidé order dated 14.08.2020, with the limited direction to the State to decide the petitioner's pending parole application, which has now been done, the present application is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to adopt such remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
