Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order, whereby the respondent was permitted to travel abroad for a period of two months on account of ailment of his mother. He further submits that considerable time has since passed and the cause no longer exists. He submits that the petition has become infructuous and in case any fresh cause arises, the respondent would approach the concerned Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
