Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 07.04.2022, passed by the learned Special Judge-NDPS, Saket Courts, in Bail Application No.131/2022, granting bail to the Respondent No.2 herein. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that taking into account the period that has lapsed from the time Respondent No.2 has been granted bail, he is not pressing the present Petition at this juncture. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take recourse to such steps as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
