Learned Counsel submit that there are some errors with respect to the recording of the name of the counsel who appeared in this matter on behalf of the respondents.

Mr. Varun Nischal, learned Counsel for Respondent 1 submits that, in para 25 as well as in memo of parties, his name has been recorded as Nischal Anand.

The error is noted. It is corrected accordingly. 4.

The reference to Nischal Anand in the judgment dated 2 September 2024 is corrected to read "Mr. Varun Nischal".
