The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 2 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"(a) initiate appropriate proceedings against Respondent No. 1/ Contemnor under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for wilful disregard and defiance of order dtd. 20.02.19 in Writ Petition(C) No. 1748/ 19 and punish her for the same;

(b) pass such other orders and directions as deemed necessary under the facts and in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the latter, who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
