The present writ petition has been filed praying for directions against the respondents no.1 to 5 for taking action/demolition of the unauthorised construction carried out at A-141, Karampura, New Delhi, and clear the encroachment done by the respondent no.6 on the common land. 2.

It is submitted that the respondent no.6, i.e. Jain Book Depot (P.) Ltd. has unlawfully constructed an unauthorised and illegal commercial shop at W.P.(C) 4368/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the property in question, thereby, encroaching on the common land. 3.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has also filed a complaint on 10th February 2025, before the Special Task Force (STF), instituted by the Supreme Court.

However, despite the same, no action has been taken. 5.

Notice in the present petition was issued vide order dated 7th April 2025.

On the next date of hearing, i.e. 18th August 2025, the petitioner appeared in person and handed over an affidavit stating that he has never instructed Mr. Chirag Sharma, Advocate, to file the present writ petition on his behalf. Accordingly, the matter was referred to the Bar Council of Delhi to assess the conduct of the counsel.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Delhi submits that appropriate disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the counsel, which are pending.

In view thereof, it is not deemed necessary to keep the present writ petition pending. It is expected that the Bar Council of Delhi shall take appropriate action in accordance with its rules and regulations. 9.

Status reports have been filed by respondent/MCD, wherein nothing has been stated with regard to unauthorised construction having been carried out by the respondent no.6.

In these circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of.
