The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of interim bail in FIR No. 32/2020 dated 19.01.2020 under Section 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and registered at Police Station Wazirabad.

The State has verified that the applicant's sister is getting married on 26.04.2024.

The applicant is in custody since 08.07.2020. The conduct of the applicant in custody is stated to be satisfactory. 4.
Even though, it is mentioned that applicant has five siblings who can make arrangement of the marriage of the sister of the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that applicant ought to be released on interim bail to attend the wedding if not to make arrangement for the function.

released on interim bail for a period of nine days from 22.04.2024 on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹30,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ Duty Metropolitan Magistrate/ Link Metropolitan Magistrate, on the following conditions: a. That the applicant shall furnish his village address to the IO / SHO where he will be residing during the period of interim bail;
b. The applicant upon reaching his village shall mark his presence with the concerned SHO of the local police station every morning at 11:00 a.m..
c. That the applicant upon his release shall provide his mobile number to the IO, and shall keep it functioning at all times;
d. The applicant/ accused shall not contact the complainant/ witnesses in any manner;
e. The applicant shall not commit any offence during the period of interim bail;
f. That the applicant shall surrender before Jail Authorities on or before 30.04.2024.
