judgments which have been referred by him, submitted that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to approach this Court in a particular individual case so that appropriate action can be initiated as per law against those who are violating the law.

In view of this limited submission, reserving liberty with the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court/forum/Tribunal in case of violation of law in an individual case, this petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
