% 03.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) Though through the application filed, the applicant seeks interim bail, taking note of the fact that the alleged recovery is of 30 grams of smack but the status report surreptitiously does not disclose the exact amount of the contraband as per the FSL report as also the fact that the applicant is in JC since 17.09.2019, the instant application is treated to be a regular bail application and the applicant is admitted to bail on his executing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned with the stipulation that a surety bond of the similar amount shall

also be executed before the concerned Magistrate/Trial Court within 07 days of the resumption of regular functioning of the Court. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
