Issue Notice. Leaned Special Public Prosecutor for NIA accepts notice and raises a preliminary objection that the appellant has filed documents issued by the hospital after the impugned order dated 11th June, 2020 which were not before the court below.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court on the basis of documents issued after the impugned order dated 11th June, 2020.
