The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC has been filed seeking urgent directions from the learned Family Court, South-East, Saket District Courts, New Delhi to frame issues and to proceed with the trial in the guardianship petition in G.P. No.24/2021 titled as ―Kinri Dhir vs. Veer Singh‖ filed by the petitioner in January 2021.

the trial has not yet begun in the petition. It is submitted that the petitioner has already moved an application before the learned trial court for framing the issues in January 2023, however, the respondent is responsible in bringing us stand still to the proceedings of the petitioner by adopting the dilatory tactics. It is submitted in the prevailing circumstances, the learned Trial Court be directed to frame issues so that the trial can commence. 5.
Apart from hearing the arguments, record has been perused. 6.
The learned trial Court to consider the application moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking framing of issues on the next date fixed before it i.e. 16.04.2024.
