The petitioner sought quashing of FIR No. 509/2020 of PS Keshav Puram for offence under Section 384 IPC. The petitioner contended that he is a whistle blower, so no offence under Section 384 IPC is made out. 3.

After addressing partly and on being taken through contents of the FIR, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
