% 07.11.2024 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that Kiosk No.K-11, Palika Parking, New Delhi has been allotted to the respondents. Learned senior counsel further, on instructions, states that NDMC shall complete the entire remaining formalities expeditiously, in accordance with law and has instructions to not to press the petition further. Learned senior counsel submits that in these circumstances, the question of law may be kept open.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is disposed of keeping the question of law open.
