No one appears for the petitioner as well as for MCD. 2.

Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, counsel appears for the private owner Ms. Anita who had since moved CM.(M). APPL. No. 140/2024, impugning the order of 22nd December 2023 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Central), which in turn had dismissed the appeal against the order dated 08th November 2023, passed by the Appellate Tribunal MCD. 3.

This Court by order dated 01st July 2024, has extended the status quo order till the next date of hearing and now listed for 01st September 2025 as informed by Mr. Bajaj. The relevant paragraph of order dated 01st July 2024 is as under:
