O R D E R

% 10.10.2019 This appeal was against the judgment dated 03.12.2018 wherein a suit for recovery was decreed for an amount of Rs.4,51,604/- along with an interest @ 7% per annum.

The matter has been settled amicably between the parties per Settlement Agreement dated 09.10.2019 and in lieu thereof the appellant has handed over a cheque of Rs.5,25,000/- to the respondent bearing No.685066 drawn on Yes Bank dated 09.10.2019 in full and final settlement of all claims of the respondent against the appellant in respect of the present lis. It is agreed by the respondent, on encashment of the aforesaid cheque the decree shall stand satisfied. This compromise has been so recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 09.10.2019. Hence, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of para a to i of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.10.2019

entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

No order as to costs.
