% 03.02.2017 The case has been put up on office note. It is informed that prior to passing of the order dated 27.01.2017 by this Court granting two weeks parole to the petitioner, the State has itself passed an order, whereby four weeks parole has been granted. The clarification is sought whether the parole period should be treated as two weeks or four weeks. Since the petitioner has already been granted four weeks parole by the State, and this fact was not brought to the notice of the Court on 27.01.2017, it is clarified that the parole period of the petitioner be treated as four weeks. It is, therefore, directed that from the date of his release, the petitioner shall surrender at the end of four weeks.
