The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.580/2017 registered under Sections 392/395/397/120B/412/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act at PS New Ashok Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2017. 4.

Allegations against the petitioner are that he conspired with coaccused persons and `20,000/- were recovered from him as robbed cash. Apparently, the petitioner was not present at the spot. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role attributed to the petitioner, he is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
