By virtue of the present applications, the petitioner seeks disposal of the present petitions in view of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 29.07.2025 executed inter se the parties. 2.

For the reasons stated, as also in view of the MOU on record, the present applications are allowed.

The present applications are thus disposed of. CONT.CAS(C) 102/2019, CM APPL. 6148/2019, CM APPL. 54059/2019, CM APPL. 58918/2024, CM APPL. 58919/2024, CM APPL. 70506/2025 CONT.CAS(C) 1133/2019, CM APPL. 55320/2019, CM APPL. 69988/2025 CONT.CAS(C) 320/2020, CM APPL. 13548/2020, CM APPL. 70551/2025 4.

In view of the order passed today in CM APPL. 70505/2025, CM APPL. 69987/2025 and CM APPL. 70550/2025, the aforesaid captioned petitions are disposed of since the contempt stands satisfied in terms of the MOU.

Pending applications are also disposed of.

Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions mentioned in the MOU.
