These petitions have been filed for setting aside order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi dated 21st February 2024 whereby opportunity to lead defence evidence had been closed for petitioner-accused. When these matters were pending before this Court, the parties were referred for mediation to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and have achieved a settlement dated 20th April 2024, which is on record of this Court. 2.

The said settlement, therefore, be placed before the Trial Court for further directions and in order that the settlement, which is binding on both the parties, be executed properly.
