Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - Ramakrishna Public School ["the School"], state that the disputes have been settled between the petitioner and the School, upon an undertaking by the School to pay the sum of Rs.23 lakhs to the petitioner on or before 15.10.2025. 2.

The School is directed to file an affidavit of undertaking that the payment will be made in the aforesaid terms. The affidavit be filed by tomorrow, i.e. 16.09.2025. The petitioner will thereafter file an affidavit stating that she is willing to accept the aforesaid sum in full and final W.P.(C) 655/2017 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
