% 25.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through video conferencing. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate writ or direction directing the respondents to quash the circulars issued by respondents whereby they have scrapped/cancelled/removed the ECA quota of 5 % from the criteria of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that as the said quota has been restored, the prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied. Hence, he seeks to withdrawn the petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All other pending applications, if any, be also dismissed as withdrawn.
