CM APPL. 8414/2020 (Exemption) It is an application seeking exemption from filing the affirmed affidavit and court fee. Taking note of the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-10 pandemic, the application is granted with the stipulation that the requisite court fee and affidavit shall be filed within 7 days of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

BAIL APPLN. 1459/2020 Ms. Arya, ld. APP submits that the applicant has already been

convicted of certain offences and the matter is now fixed for hearing on the question of sentence on 09.07.2020.

Ld. Counsel for the applicant does not dispute the factum of conviction and the matter having been fixed for hearing on the question of sentence. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the instant application at this stage. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
