convicted of certain offences and the matter is now fixed for hearing on the question of sentence on 09.07.2020.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant does not dispute the factum of conviction and the matter having been fixed for hearing on the question of sentence. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the instant application at this stage. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
