This hearing has been held through video-conferencing. 2.
The present petition has been moved seeking extension of the interim bail granted by the ld. ASJ vide order dated 1st June, 2020. 3.
The Applicant has been charged under Sections 302/34 IPC and has been in custody from 22nd September, 2017. His conduct was also found satisfactory as per the order dated 1st June, 2020. The ld. ASJ had, however, granted interim bail only for 30 days. The Applicant seeks extension of interim bail for another 15 days.

Ld. APP submits that the Applicant may surrender and again seek interim bail from the Sessions Court.

After perusing the order dated 1st June, 2020 and the minutes of the High Powered Committee dated 18th May 2020, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail for another 15 days on the same terms and conditions as already imposed by the Trial Court. Upon the expiry of 15 days i.e., by By:PRATHIBA M SINGH
15th July, 2020, the Applicant shall surrender. 6.
The bail application is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
