BAIL APPLN. 1456/2020 & CRL.M.A. 8388/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail in relation to the FIR No.392/2019 registered at PS Sangam Vihar under Section 323/363/376/506 of IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of the POCSO ACT, 2012.

The copy of the order dated 25.06.2020 has been mailed to the Court vide which the application filed by the applicant before the learned ASJ-04 (POCSO), South, Saket seeking extension of interim bail was declined and the applicant in terms of the said order dated 25.06.2020 was to surrender on 25.06.2020 and it is 30.06.2020, and the applicant has not surrendered.
