No. 13714/2020 Mr. Tanmaya Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the matter is still pending before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) and it is informed by Mr. Ram Prakash Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, that the arguments are still in progress before the DRAT and no order has been passed by it, Mr.Mehta seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to

file a fresh urgent petition in case the DRAT passes an order against the interest of the petitioners.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
