The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the liberty, as prayed, is granted. The instant matter stands dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application, if any. 4.

Since the matter has been settled in Mediation, the Registry is directed to refund the entire Court fee to the plaintiff.
