% 15.09.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Dr. Amit George learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 31.08.2020, Petitioner had visited the campus of the University and with the assistance of an officer of the University, has submitted all the requisite documents including the 'No Dues Certificate'.

Ms. Ankita Shah learned counsel for the Respondent submits that since the requisite documents have been submitted, the process for release of Gratuity and Leave Encashment of the Petitioner shall be completed within a period of three weeks from today. Needful be done within three weeks. Needless to state that the release of the Gratuity and Leave Encashment benefits to the Petitioner shall be subject to the right of the Respondent to pursue the case pending against the Petitioner before the MHRD, as recorded in the order dated 31.08.2020. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
