% 08.04.2024 1.

Present appeal has been filed challenging the impugned interim order dated 14th March, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.M. No.15745/2024 in W.P.(C) No.15588/2023, whereby the application filed by the appellant seeking early hearing of C.M.

Nos.62380/2023 and 65667/2023 (seeking interim reliefs including stay of order dated 01st November, 2023 passed by the Disciplinary Committee of IBBI whereby the registration of the appellant was suspended for two years) was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the impugned applications seeking interim reliefs have been pending for over four months. He further states that the order dated 01st November, 2023 has adversely impacted the appellant's career and tarnished his image to a great extent. also states that the said order has effectively blacklisted the appellant without any real evidence of any grave contravention committed by him. 3.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that C.M. Nos.62380/2023 and 65667/2023 are listed for hearing on 26th April, 2024. The contentions raised in C.M. No.15745/2024 are a replica of the issues raised in the main writ petition. Further, no grounds have been made out by the appellant to challenge the rejection of early hearing application. Moreover, the next date of hearing is only after ten working days. This Court has no doubt that the learned Single Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the pending interim applications on the next date of hearing. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with the applications is dismissed.
