Present appeals have been filed challenging the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 4757/2022 and W.P.(C) 1477/2024. 4.
Since the dates for unhindered entry into graveyard and site of Masjid Akhoundji have lapsed, the present appeals are disposed of as infructuous. It is pertinent to mention here that, even the learned counsel for the appellants is in agreement that the present appeals have become infructuous. The issue of law is, however, left open.
