% 10.11.2025 MAT.APP.(F.C.) 113/2024 & CM APPL. 69751/2025 (Application filed by respondent to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre) 1.

The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking reference of the matter to the Mediation Cell for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties.

Though only an application for reference to Mediation was listed today, with the sincere efforts of the learned counsel for the parties, an amicable settlement has been arrived at. The parties have decided to reside together and make joint efforts to nurture their child. 3.

During the course of hearing, the parties, along with their respective counsel, appeared before the Court and produced a Deed of Settlement, which has been taken on record and marked as Mark C-1. 4.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the parties, the Appeal is taken on board and stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement (Mark C-1), which shall form part of the decree. The parties and their counsel have further prayed that the various litigations referred to in Paragraph 4 of the Settlement Agreement be disposed of in terms of the said settlement. Order accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid, the Registrar General of this Court is directed to forward a copy of this order along with a photocopy of the Deed of Settlement (Mark C-1) to the concerned Courts, to enable them to consign the respective cases to the records in accordance with the Settlement.

Consequently, the litigations referred to in Paragraph 4 of the Settlement Agreement shall also stand withdrawn. 8.

The date already fixed as 04.12.2025 stands cancelled. 9.

The present Appeal, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of in terms of the aforenoted Settlement Agreement. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
