First Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 01/2021 dated 01.01.2021 registered under Sections 120B/302/307 IPC at P.S. Bhajanpura.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 3.
