% 24.07.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is under instructions of Mr.Harsh Prabhakar, Advocate (DHCLSC) stated to be before another Bench of this Court who is under instructions from the family members of the applicant to withdraw the present bail application vide which the applicant had sought the grant of interim bail in relation to FIR No.865/2018, PS S.P. Badli submitting to the effect that the family members of the applicant are not in a good financial position to arrange for the elective surgery, if any, to be performed on the applicant who is stated to be suffering from macrodactyly in his index and middle finger of his right hand and seeks

liberty to seek redressal as and when the applicant's family would be in a position to get the said surgery performed.

Without any observations on the merits or demerits of the further application, if any, that would be filed, which be considered on its own merits, the present application is thus, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
