The present petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), has been filed by the petitioner for grant of Anticipatory Bail in Complaint No. 280/SHO Bawana dated 20.03.2025 registered at Police Station Bawana, New Delhi.

Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail but till date no FIR has been registered against him, therefore, he The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. limits his relief only to the extent that he should be given a statutory notice, as per law.
