The present petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), has been filed by the petitioner for grant of Anticipatory Bail in Complaint No. 280/SHO Bawana dated 20.03.2025 registered at Police Station Bawana, New Delhi.

limits his relief only to the extent that he should be given a statutory notice, as per law.
