At the outset, learned APP submits that Status Report in terms with paragraphs 1-3 of order dated 07.05.2025 has already been filed, though not on record. If otherwise in order, the same be taken on record. It is informed by learned APP that in furtherance of the said order, action against the erstwhile investigating officer has been initiated. 2.

As regards the present anticipatory bail application, learned APP submits that it has become infructuous because the accused/applicant was arrested on 06.06.2025.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of as infructuous.
